Our rates are charged per audio minute. Turnaround time is based on time received. For example, a 24 hour turnaround time means that orders placed before 5:00pm will be completed by 5:00pm on the following business day. Time coding will be charged at the Focus Group rates.
Audio minutes are rounded up to the next minute and prices are based on the turnaround time shown above. For example:
Audio File Length = 30 minutes
Difficulty Level = Normal
Desired Turnaround Time = 48 hours ($2.00)
30 X $2.00 = $60.00
Our Guarantee
All transcripts provided by Zoom are handled by real-live people. We do not use speech-to-text software and we never outsource to foreign countries. We only employ transcriptionists for whom English is their primary language, and all are transcriptionists must pass our rigorous testing process. They have demonstrated proficiency in English grammar and punctuation, as well as medical terminology when appropriate. Our mission is to exceed your expectations!
Technical Stuff
We can accept files in virtually any format including mp3, mp2, wav, wma, dss, cd, dvd and all others. Transcripts will be in Microsoft Word format unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. Payment is expected upon receipt of completed transcript. An invoice will be sent along with the transcript. For long-term and ongoing projects, you will be billed monthly for work completed to date.

Click here to complete a project sheet. Upon receipt, we will call you to confirm receipt and details of the job. After confirmation, your registration details and directions for securely uploading your files and downloading transcripts will be emailed to you.
